We make the base for our aged rum in the Caribbean style using Black Strap Molasses and Cane Sugar from Florida. Distilled in our 500 gallon batch still - our white rum is lovely in a cocktail or sipped neat.

• Tasting Notes: The nose is dominated by brown sugar and cinnamon and light influence of bourbon. The palate opens up to heavy notes of gingerbread and molasses cookie on the palate and a light sweet finish that lingers on the tongue.
