This Caribbean style rum is made using Black Strap Molasses and Cane Sugar. Distilled on our batch still the white spirit is aged in used 6 Gal. Bourbon Barrels for 12 months and then finished in the barrel with Cinnamon, Apple Cider and a host of other natural ingredients to create an amazing dessert-like spirit. With notes of cinnamon, brown sugar, tart apple, and molasses it truly is a drinkable desert.
