The Hartfield & Co. Distillery is open six days a week for tours and tastings. Our three-story facility is located within beautiful and historic downtown Paris, Kentucky, the heart of Bourbon County, and is surrounded by lush horse farms, and steeped in rich Kentucky culture. We love gathering people around great whiskey, sharing stories, and meeting new people. Drop in and meet our small and friendly staff and learn about our unique endeavor to bring Bourbon back to Bourbon County.

We are open - Monday 1-5:00 PM, Tuesday - Saturday 9-5:00 PM

We have three tour options available:

  • Hartfield & Co. Tour - Approx. 45 Minutes - $12 - an in-depth look into the process of producing unique craft spirits. This tour includes all three floors of the distillery and ends with a four-pour tasting at the Bar. Tours start on the hour - Monday 1:00 PM-4:00 PM, and Tuesday-Saturday 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. You can book a tour online (via the “book now” button above), or on a walk-in basis.

  • Tasting - Approx. 10 Minutes - $6 - if you do not have time for the Hartfield Tour, head back to the bar for a tasting that includes a pour of H&C White Whiskey, H&C Pre-Prohibition Style Bourbon, Old Bourbon County Bourbon 110 and our seasonal featured product. Tastings are not scheduled and are usually started within a few minutes of arrival.

  • Day As A Distiller - Approx. 5 Hours - $160 - for the whiskey enthusiast that wants a longer, more in-depth experience we offer the Day As a Distiller tour. Book a day to work along side our experienced production staff joining in daily tasks such as distilling, filling barrels, tasting product from the barrel, mashing, fermentation etc. This is truly a unique, hands-on experience!
