Introducing a new varietal in the Old Bourbon County Line, the Toasted Finish features a wheated mash bill, and is aged for 4-5 years in a 53 gallon barrel before being finished in a toasted cask.

• Mashbill: 70% Corn, 20% Wheat, 10% Malted Barley

• Proof: 110 Proof / 55% ABV

• Tasting Notes: Old Bourbon County begins with a delightful sweet candy and caramel on the nose. The pallet is delicate and approachable with light caramel that leads into orange cream. The Toasted Cask imparts notes of toasted marshmallow, maple and graham cracker, making this a truly remarkable bourbon.
