The Maple Finish Bourbon is back! This year’s batch is made from 6 barrels of Pre-Prohibition Style Wheated Bourbon aged for 18 months in 6 gallon barrels and then finished in Maple Barrels for 4-8 months. Batch 3 yielded 100 - 375 ML bottles, and is one you will not want to miss!

Batch 3 - Pre-Prohibition Style - Wheated Bourbon

• Process: Aged for 18 months in a 6 gallon barrel, and then finished for 4-8 months in a maple syrup barrel.

• Barrel: 6 barrel blend originally distilled in 2024

• Mashbill: 80% Corn, 20% Malted Wheat

• Details: 375 ML - 100 Proof / 50% ABV

• Tasting Notes: Cinnamon and Maple on the nose give way to figs and dry spice on the palate. The Maple returns on the finish with a light flourish on the back of the tongue.
